Onder creatief directeur Demna (sinds 2015) heeft het merk een radicale, avant-gardistische koers ingenomen. Balenciaga staat bekend om iconische sneakers zoals de Track, Triple S en Speed Trainer, maar ook om tassen als de City Bag, Hourglass en Le Cagole.
