Not quite what you expected? No problem. You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back.

Register your return

Register your return using the return form. All you need is your order number and the email address used for the order. Have an account? You will also find your orders in My account.

Once registered, you will receive the return instructions for your order by email.

How it works

1. Register your return using the return form.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
3. Ship the parcel following the instructions in your return email.

Every item on Winkelstraat.nl is shipped by the partner boutique selling it. If you ordered from more than one boutique, you return those items separately — the instructions for each parcel are in your return email.

Refunds

Once the partner boutique has received and checked your return, your money is refunded to the payment method you used. Allow a few working days for the amount to appear on your account.

Conditions

• Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unworn, undamaged and still has all its original tags.
• Jewellery, earrings and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
