Conformance status

This website conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. We test our key pages — including the homepage, category pages, item pages, search, shopping bag and login — for accessibility, both automatically and manually.

Measures we take

• We run automated WCAG 2.1 AA tests on our key pages and repeat them whenever we make changes.
• Accessibility is part of our design and development process, from colour contrast to keyboard navigation and screen reader support.
• We keep improving the website based on audits and feedback from visitors.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts may not be fully accessible yet:

• Third-party components, such as payment windows and chat, are not fully under our control.
• Some item images do not yet have extensive alternative text.
• Older editorial pages may not yet meet our current standard everywhere.
